We have a tried and tested process to help you get the training you need:

Initial Discussions

Through discussion with you, we will identify your general training needs. We prefer to work within 6 to 9 months of the course delivery date. 

Training Needs Analysis

A Training Designer will explore your training needs in more detail. This could be through a combination of discussions or questionnaires or to ascertain the learning objectives. 

Design

 Once you approve the Training Needs Analysis we will design the programme. Depending on its complexity, we will require design time to prepare for training delivery. Design methods are rigorous and undertaken in full consultation with you.

Workflow 

We recognize that to make to training a success we need to understand not just the new software being implemented but the process maps and job roles that bring the programs to life. We can create all the scenarios needed and work with subject matter experts to ensure the training programme is successful. 

Delivery

 All our training is delivered by named Microsoft Product Training trainers. Our trainers normally hold technical qualifications as well as a recognized training qualification. Our trainers have also had specific training for working on long projects based on client sites
